Damon has lived in Seoul, Rome, New York, Los Angeles, and Tokyo, and his travels have broadened his cultural experiences and linguistic skills. 

Damon has received significant design awards, including worldwide first place for Prada and Best of the Year for Nike Retail, due to his consistent commitment to excellence. His clients include Adidas, Airstream, Aveda, Carhartt, Columbia, Converse, Clinique, Estée Lauder, GAP, Jordan, MAC, Nestle, Nike, Prada, Proctor & Gamble, Safeway, Sony, Target, Starbucks, and Under Armour.

Damon's expertise spans strategy, creative, and technical space planning. He excels in research and analysis, trend and insight, user experience, and positioning. He also has a keen eye for branding, campaigns, packaging, graphics, environments, fixtures, visualization and animation, pop-up, and large initiative and event design. He is proficient in design intent drawings, product documentation, space planning, and shop layout.
